Westwood Consulting was established by Rob and Jeremy after meeting 12 years ago in a hustling recruitment business and have remained friends throughout.

Jeremy is a professional interview, career, and cv re-writing coach with over 15 years in senior-level recruitment and interview coaching. During this time, his coaching and consulting experience have helped many clients to overcome their limitations, increase their confidence and achieve their professional and personal goals.

 

In 15 years of senior-level recruitment, Jeremy has liaised and built relationships with senior hiring managers from SME’s up to large corporate clients giving him vital insight as to where candidates have succeeded and failed during the interview process. In doing so, this has also given him a strong understanding of what skills and achievements hiring managers want to see on a CV when seeking the right skill set.
